Return products

It is possible that you are not satisfied with an item. As a Shoppartners BV customer, we give you 30 days to adjust an item, assess it and check for defects. You can return the item within this period. You can also first register your return within 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days to actually return the products. Ensure that the product is complete and undamaged and (if reasonably possible) in original and undamaged packaging. If the products are damaged, we may charge you for the reduction in value resulting from the use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. If you want to return something, carefully read the return instructions below. If you wish to receive a different size, color or alternative, we recommend placing a new order and returning the old order. Exchanging items is not possible.

Have you received a wrong, defective or incomplete item? First of all our apologies, very annoying that something went wrong despite our strict quality controls. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we would like to receive an e-mail with your order number and a description of the problem within 30 days (in the case of a defective item with a clear photo).

If an item has been worn or used, we can pass on any depreciation in your credit, this depreciation can be up to 100%.

Retour instructions

  • With your order number and e-mail address you can open the return form at the bottom of this page. To make the return process as easy as possible, we ask you to complete this form as well as possible.
  • In the next screen you can indicate which items you want to keep and which you want to return. To improve the quality of our range, do us a great deal of pleasure in explaining why you are returning the items.
  • We ask you to wait for our response before returning the items. On business days we will process your return request within 24 hours and send an email with additional instructions.
  • Once we have confirmed your return request, we kindly request you to return the item within 14 days. If reasonably possible in original and undamaged packaging. You bear the costs for return shipment, these costs depend on the size and weight of the package. We estimate that the costs will amount to a maximum of EUR 6.95.
  • We will refund the outstanding amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after dissolution (including shipping costs for the return shipment if you return the entire order). We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. If we receive the items later than 14 days and you cannot provide proof of dispatch, that will delay payment.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for hygienic products whose seal has been broken, such as underwear, erotic articles, wigs, hairnets, cosmetics and perfumes. In addition, it applies to helium balloons that when you return it, we can no longer sell it as new and the 100% depreciation will be charged to you.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
